Utley Project-Multi-Gen Living and Expansive Garage

CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION 2025 

This project is the definition of a true custom build—crafted from the ground up to bring our client’s vision to life. Starting with full site excavation, we're handling every phase of construction, including foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and custom roof design.

The home features 3,500 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space, including a beautiful mother-in-law apartment, and an expansive 2,700 sq. ft. garage, perfect for vehicles, storage, and recreational gear. 

Every detail is fully customized, from architectural design to finish work, including custom cabinetry,  flooring throughout, trim work, &  windows to create a one-of-a-kind home that balances function and luxury. 

This build exemplifies quality craftsmanship and our commitment to integrity, design, and excellence, with precision at every stage.

Cohen Demo/Custom Build

CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION-FALL 2025 

This project began with a vision: transforming an existing lot into the site of a brand-new custom home. The original house, shown in the “before” photos, had served its purpose but no longer matched the homeowner’s lifestyle or goals. Rather than relocating, the clients wanted to maximize the potential of their property—keeping the location they loved while creating a home that reflects modern living.

Our team handled the full demolition of the existing structure and is now bringing to life this stunning new build. The design blends timeless architectural lines with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic. Vertical board and batten, expansive black-framed windows, and multiple gables add both charm and presence, while the layout has been carefully tailored to suit the family’s needs for space, comfort, and functionality.

The result will be a one-of-a-kind custom home that celebrates both the lot’s legacy and the homeowner’s new chapter, proof that starting fresh on familiar ground can deliver the best of both worlds.

Historic Charm Meets Modern Living. This addition has been carefully designed to blend seamlessly into its downtown historic district setting while providing modern comfort and functionality for multi-generational living. The exterior showcases smooth stucco walls, clean lines, and a low-pitched roof, offering a timeless look that respects the character of the surrounding neighborhood.

Thoughtfully crafted, this mother-in-law addition not only provides independence and privacy but also ensures that the new space honors the architectural context of the area — proving that modern convenience and historic charm can coexist beautifully..

Cabin Remodel and Deck

OAKLEY BACK DECK & STAIRS-RENOVATION  COMPLETED

This Oakley mountain cabin received a complete deck transformation. Built for strength, beauty, and lasting performance. The original front and back decks were aging and unsafe, requiring a full structural rebuild down to the footings. We removed the existing decks, reinforced the foundation under the stairs, and installed new posts and framing to ensure stability for years to come.

The new decks feature durable composite decking for low-maintenance living and a sleek, modern look. We paired the flooring with black metal railings to complement the natural mountain backdrop and add a touch of contemporary style. Stairs were rebuilt wider for safety and ease of access. Creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment.

This project is all about quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and maximizing outdoor living space. The decks are now sturdy and stylish. They enhance the home’s curb appeal and provides the perfect setting for mountain views and gatherings.
