This project began with a vision: transforming an existing lot into the site of a brand-new custom home. The original house, shown in the “before” photos, had served its purpose but no longer matched the homeowner’s lifestyle or goals. Rather than relocating, the clients wanted to maximize the potential of their property—keeping the location they loved while creating a home that reflects modern living.

Our team handled the full demolition of the existing structure and is now bringing to life this stunning new build. The design blends timeless architectural lines with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic. Vertical board and batten, expansive black-framed windows, and multiple gables add both charm and presence, while the layout has been carefully tailored to suit the family’s needs for space, comfort, and functionality.

The result will be a one-of-a-kind custom home that celebrates both the lot’s legacy and the homeowner’s new chapter, proof that starting fresh on familiar ground can deliver the best of both worlds.
